| Lewistown Fire Department runs MVA |

LEWISTOWN, PA - On June 22, 2010 a two vehicle accident sent one patient to Lewistown Hospital for treatment. The vehicle was struck in a near head on collision on West Fourth Street. The passenger side door was removed by City Fire Company's Rescue crew to assist in patient extrication.
City was accompanied on scene by United Fire & Rescue, Brooklyn Hose Company and Fame EMS. Units were on scene for thirty minutes while the accident was cleaned up by area tow trucks.
